I couldn't eat meat for the first 10 years of my life. Everytime I tried, I would just throw it back up. Then I found out that I was allergic to the processing chemicals in store-baught meat. I sarted eating dear meat and beef from a farmer, I knew who slaughtered his own cows, and everything was fine. But, honestly, honey, I wouldn't worry about it. Every other week they contradict them selves on what you should eat and what not to eat. Be happy, darlin!

-France, which has only a fraction of the U.S. cattle population, tests more cattle in a single week then the U.S. has tested in a decade
-According to Europe's latest annual report, Europe is testing cattle at a rate of almost two thousand times that of the United States
-address the feeding of slaughterhouse waste, blood and manure to livestock.
-cattle brains, eyes, spinal cord and guts from the human food supply is certainly a step in the right direction, but the World Health Organization recommends that these tissues not enter any food chain, human or animal. Unfortunately, the U.S. still feeds those potentially risky tissues to pigs, pets and poultry
-Almost all fattening beef cattle, all dairy calves and all adult dairy cows raised conventionally are fed meat and bone meal in the United States
-The pig remains can then be fed back to cattle
-Under the 1997 feed regulations, the FDA specifically allowed the feeding of chicken litter to cattle to continue, even if the chickens had just been fed meat and bone meal made from cattle remains
-The protein source in milk replacer is most often milk protein (whey), but dairy farmers also suckle their calves with milk replacer made from cattle blood protein which is often cheaper
-Yet calves in the U.S. to this day are still drinking up to 3 cups of "red blood cell protein" concentrate every day
-The U.S. also is presently testing only 1 out of every 18,000 cows slaughtered
-In fact, the USDA, which now tests only 1 percent of all slaughtered cows

If you think that's bad - try reading the book - 'Fast Food Nation' - it will totally put you off eating MacDonalds - and any other fast food for life!
If you buy meat from your local butcher - it wil be fresher - you know it's genuine and you will help support the local economy. Much better than the local Tesco!

best thing to do is make everything from scratch. i know it can sometimes be time consuming, but at least you know what youre eating. you could make your own spicy chicken fillets by mixing breadcrumbs with spices of your choice - chilli, cumin, curry powder - whatever takes your fancy, then dip the fillet in beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs. just bake in the oven till the juices run clear when you pierce the chicken. thats just off the top of my head, but im sure theres proper recipes lol.

as a poultry and beef producer we take pride in quality meats. we feel we do not have to be industrialized to make profit. quality vs quantity. i see most producers go more for quantity basically get them in and out soon, that way the selves will be full. now days we have the cornish-rock broiler chickens, anugus cattle, lean hogs, basically all of that stuff is already done but, what do we feed our livestock? i see most producers buy really cheap silage, hay, whatever they can get for cheap. what makes people come back is the taste. we feel we do not have to give our livestock junk to eat and they will still grow as fast. people want it NOW, they dont want to wait. (thats where the whole idea of "whats in my food" really comes from) if producers like us would feed the livestock regular feed (sometimes we mix our own feed) this subject would not come up many times. i would say just keep eating meat but see if you can get your meat from a locker, private seller, etc. this way you are far better off getting quality meat instead of some old processed pork chop from the supermarket. hope this helps.

I need my meat for the protein, I'd just feel so weak if I became a vegetarian. As long as you're careful with where you buy your meat from, how you cook and clean it, you should be ok. You SHOULD be at least! Anyway you can't decide to stop doing something everytime a tv programme tells your something, if that happened we wouldn't be able to do anything.

familiar prenatal supplementations would desire to be great. i in my opinion had the comparable issue for the period of my first being pregnant. i could no longer consume meat in any respect for the period of my first trimester. merely consume different protein rich meals like dairy product and categories of nuts. finally your physique will straighten out and you will have the skill to consume meat returned.
