Place in oven on 350' and let the tater tots brown..

Tater tot casserole! There a million different recipes for it but they're all basically the same. A couple pounds of ground beef, onion, garlic powder, canned or frozen veggies, a couple cans of cream of something soup, and cheese. Then line all the tater tots up neatly on top to cover the whole pan, and bake until it's heated and the tater tots are done.

Tatortot casseroles vary, and are all good.
Here's one that is popular at our house/potlucks....also vegetarian, though not vegan.
1 1lb bag tator tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water or milk (just to thin condensed soup)
1-1/2 C grated cheddar or pepper jack cheese reserve 1/2 C.
1 large onion diced
1 sweet pepper (green, red, yellow, orange) diced
2 T oil
Sautee onions and pepper in oil until soft, add cream of mushroom soup (cream of any soup is fine) and 1/2 can water or milk, stir to combine, set off heat to cool,
place FROZEN tator tots in casserole dish, toss with grated cheese, add cooled soup/onion and pepper, toss gently. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 35-40 min. DO NOT STIR/MIX. Top with reserved 1/2 C cheese and bake additional 15 min until cheese is melted.
For a spicier version, add chopped fresh jalapenos with onions and sweet peppers.
I must admit......this isn't the healthiest dish, but sooo tasty.

yes heres a good recipe, dice up maybe like 5 to 6 hotdogs in quarters , to look like dimes shapes, Place the frozen tator tatos in a glass cassorole dish,Lay the hotdogs on top of the tots, and Pour a whole bag of sharp shredded cheese on top Put in oven for 360 for half an hour , or until cheese melts, Meantime open up a can of barbeque baked beans, put in a seperate bowl, and microwave that for a coup[le of minutes, WHen the beans are done, Take out your cassorole, take out the cassorole and tranfer the beans on bottom of the cassorole dish, then put the dogs and cheese and tots back on top of the beans, put back in oven for 3 to 4 minutes, maybe covered, Oh add a little barbeque sauce around the baking dish, oh soo good,
