I have a Brinkmann Electric Smoker. First time I used it, the wood chips that generate smoke burned fine. After a few more uses, many were still not being consumed, and the amount of smoke it generates is minimal.
Anyone knows whats up? I clean everything throughly after each use.

I'll guess that the first time you used it you used chips supplied with the smoker, then you went and bought more chips. If so, then the size of the chips is the culprit, they do come in all sizes from flakes to chunks, even pressed dust pellets. You'll need to experiment a little till you find the Brand and size that will work well with your smoker. If you check out your nearest BBQ store and only see chip's and chunks, ask the manager for the product brochure, they will list the different types, what they carry on the shelves in the basics.
