I haven't tried this personally, but someone told me today to try peanut butter on my hamburger. It sounds pretty gross, but he swears by it, I still don't think I'm gonna try it, call me old school, but ketchup and lettuce are good for me.

why the thumb down? kimchi is good stuff. spicy w/ some texture. imagine cabbage & tabasco sauce. it reputation is unearned. try it. there are about 5-10 versions. you're bound to find one you like.

Mayo, didn't think I'd like it, but it's really good. Tomatoes also, can't stand them any other way.

My wife is from Australia and she has introduced me to Fried Eggs on burgers. I have to admit, I kinda like 'em.
She, on the other hand, likes beets on hers. Ugh, can't stand beets without the burger, but on it? No way. To each their own.
I've also been known to put mayonnaise on my burger as well.
