As all have answered, it is bruschetta, though in Italy it would not be served with cilantro, but rather basil. Slice good quality bread and toast, get some small cherry tomatoes and slice, add olive oil, basil and salt.

Bring the toasted bread, rub a garlic clove on it (put garlic on a toothpick if you like), scoop some of the tomatoe mixture on top and eat.

Yummmy!

It's called Bruschetta. YOu get a french baguette, slice it very thinly, toast in the broiler on one side, flip and toast the other side. Then cut a garlic clove and rub it all over the bread. The italians eat it just like that with a little olive oil, but you can go crazy if you want to!
