i am tryign to lose weight, i commit no dietary sins, no snacking, but i like a beer to relax at night. wahts worse a 12 ounce orange soda (180 calories) or a beer? i switched to liquor because i can stop drinking when i want, but junk food holds me captive.

If I take a beer out of the frigeand it gets warm, then I put it back in the frige. Is anything wrong w/ it?

I am in an argument with my friend. He says somehow getting warm then recooling gives it somekind of damage. Can anybody solve our fight?

Anyone working in restaurant food prep?? PLEASE help!!!?

I've got a work trial in 2 days doing cold prep in a restaurant and I have NO IDEA what I'm doing! I don't even know exactly what 'cold prep' includes. I've done some small catering jobs but never worked in a big commercial kitchen... but I don't think the guy who's given me the trial knows that. Please help!

What are the things I absolutely must do to get the job? Be fast? Do exactly as I'm told? What else?

What are the worst mistakes I could make, and how do I avoid them?

What should I wear?

Any other tips at all??

If i eat a cooked chicken, when i forgot to put it in the fridge the night before, will i get ill?

I cooked a chicken yesterday, put it on the side wrapped with foil over it. Went to bed and forgot to put it in the fridge. If i eat it later on today, will i become ill??? I did put it in the fridge about 6am this morning though.
