45 minutes at 190 c. will make the skin nice and crisp and should be cooked perfectly in a shallow roasting pan.

The norm is 180 deg and 20 minutes to the pound, plus 20 minutes, but I guess you will have to weigh the thighs first. Best thing to do is to check that there is no red fluid running out of the thigh when you pierce it. Mmm, I haven't had chicken thighs for a while.

I love chicken thighs. Go 40 minutes and check them. I usually just wait until the juices run clear.

Make sure they are thawed, pour melted butter over them and season to taste. Set oven at 375 and roast uncovered for 35 minutes until they reach about 165 degrees
