These are the best pork chops around!!!! Check it out....

3/4 can of soda (anything non-diet)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of ketchup
4 pork chops

Mix the ingrediants and pour over the pork chops, broil like you would normally do......

Yes - it may sound a little strange, but don't knock it until you try it. The acid in the soda, mixed with brown sugar and ketchup makes for an intesting dip used for the pork chops. Kids love it too!!!!

Make an aluminum foil pouch. Place the pork chops inside after you have sprinkled with ginger and galic. Take and orange and slice it. Place the slices on the pork chops. Now pour a cup of Sangria wine into the pouch and seal. Bake for 30 minutes - yummy!

spice up those pork chops by adding cagun spices

you can also dress them up with sliced apples and brown sugar

another idea is to chop the chops into pieces, barbeque and then place over a bed of fried rice (asian style)

you can also make a dressing for the chops using ketchup, brown sugar and a lemon wedge----yummy!

if all else fails order take out/delivery

My great grandmother's method (may sound boring, but they're SO flavorful and moist!):

Rinse porkchops and pat dry. Dip in a beaten egg, then coat all over with seasoned Italian bread crumbs, making sure to shake off excess.

Heat bacon grease (or oil, if you don't want to/can't use bacon grease, although the grease is primarily responsible for the flavor!) in a large skillet over medium heat. How much you use depends on how many chops you have. I'd say about 2 tablespoons per chop. When the pan is hot (but not smoking) add your chops and fry until done on one side. Flip, and fry until completely done. How long you have to cook them depends on the thickness of your chops. I usually buy relatively thin ones--maybe 1/2", and it takes me 15 minutes to cook them completely.

Very, very moist, and the Italian bread crumbs gives them wonderful flavor. Just be sure to fry them over medium heat--no higher or they'll burn on the outside and be raw in the middle.

There are a huge number of good cooking websites. For instance, go to Allrecipes and enter pork chops [or anything else] in the search and you will find lots of recipes for pork chops with the comments of those that have tried the recipes and the tweaks they may have made to make it suit them. The cooking websites are one the the great blessings of the WWW in my opinion.
