i want to eat 6 small meals a day so what are some good foods to take to school to eat (I can eat in most of my classes since my teachers are awesome)

When I was a kid there was this restaurant in Folsom, CA near the Rainbow Bridge called Tasha's and they had the most incredible grilled cheese sandwiches made with some kind of amazing sourdough bread. I've never had a sandwich like that nor found bread like that anywhere. What could've been on it to make it so perfect, what kind of bread could I look for that might have had such a unique flavor?

As I have a small oven, I have to bake my stuff by batches. Would like to know if I need to place the remaining batter that is waiting to be baked at any special place? Fridge? Im always afraid that by not baking all immediately the batter will "change" in some ways.

We used to have an italian restaurant here in san antonio called bacconi's. I think they closed down. Well, they had this dish called a spicy pepperroni pasta. It is kind of a moist to dry dish. I know some of the ingredients are diced tomatoes, pepperroni, italian sausage. But I can't seem to replocate this dish. Does anyone know how to make this dish?
