Boil it just like u would boil pasta. Once boiled, put in cold water for a while and drained properly. Chill it in the refrigerator for a while.
Get a tray and lay bamboo mat. Take out the pasta with spoon and fork. carefully twist some on the fork and push it down with the spoon, carefully lay them on the mat, portion by portion.
Get the japanese soba soy sauce in a bowl. Add in the shredded seaweed and bit of wasabe.
Enjoy your soba.

Just boild them in water for 8-10 minutes. Just like normal noodles.

In a broth.....either a miso or ginger based or chicken broth will work. Add scallions, tofu, and you're in!
