Boneless 350 for 20-30 min, bone in 45-50 at 350, It kind of depends on how evenly your oven cooks, i go 60 min with bone in to be safe in my oven

bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 min. to keep it moist spray with a little Pam or brush on some oil, add your fave spices, cover with or make a pouch out of tinfoil and bake. check for doneness by cutting the thickest piece closest to the bone. no pink its done

well put mine in on about 350 thawed about 30-45 min.
frozen a little longer if your not sure cut the middle like a slice should be white not pink
cover in foil and will be moist not dry
every oven is different

At least 350 degrees for 45 minutes unless you like pink meat. Slice it open and make sure its white on the inside.

If they're thawed, 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes should do it. If you cover them for the first 20 minutes or so, they'll be more tender.
