what is a good age to start drinking coffee that won't affect you in a bad way

around 8th grade to highschool when most people start, mostly becasue of their need to stay up, or wake up, and to go or to study for school

i started at age 12 and it didn't affect me in a bad way.

well...coffee actually takes away calcium from your body which, suck-fully, slows down your growth. if you think your tall, or you think you would be fine just growing a few more inches...then go on ahead. i drink coffee sometI'mes, and im 13. I'm fine with it!
