rosemary and olive oil are awesome- garden vegetable are good too. my boyfriend always makes a dip for them out of chive cottage cheese and horseradish so gooood! give it a whirl sometime!!

Absolutely the roasted garlic....topped with monterey jack cheese or swiss cheeses or a really good mild cheddar. Yummy!
