we always keep it in the fridge but my toddler got it out and it sat out overnight. I just wondered if it was still good or needed to be thrown away. It doesn't say on the bottle.

I am thinking about opening up a small store in China and wanted to have LOTS of flavors of Hot Chocolate. Examples: Hot Chocolate with Peanut Butter Flavor, etc.
What I need are different flavors and recipes. Where Can I find?
Thanks!

I am going shopping tomarrow and want to make home made meals other then that box stuff we have all the time I am so sick of that helper stuff. I want to make my man a meal made from scrap. Like I saw on the tradeing place's show. The girl look like she came from the 1800's. She made all her food from scaps and even pies all the time. I never in a long time had a real home made dish. So people that would love to sure there recipes for old fashion cooking I am all ears.

I don't know if any of you have seen my previous question. So here:

"Okay, I've been reading around and have found a few things saying that meat stays into your intestines for a lot longer than other foods because it is so hard to digest. I have become a vegetarian now for a little over 2 months. About the end of Jan. I started having gas, an upset stomach, cramping and diarrhea. I was told since I was eating for things with fiber in them, and a healthier diet my body was just getting rid of the meat in my system, and cleansing my body. I'm starting to wonder about it now though. I sometimes don't even feel like I'm about to have a bowel movement, and I do anyways. The movements are not that normal either. They are liquid-like, and have a larger odor that usual.

I don't know what kinds of foods have a lot of fiber in them to begin with, but even so...is this normal? I mean it has been about two and a half weeks of this. It is not getting any better...I don't quite understand."

I know that I can use oak or cedar, so I wonder if redwood will give off any taste or smell. I am of course planning to season the plank before using it. I am mostly concerned so it does not effect the edibility of the food.
Thanks.

Rich Chocolate (12g of sugar, 2% DV of calcium)
Milk Chocolate (7g of sugar, 30% DV of calcium)

Milk choc. is healthier but rich choco. sounds tastier. Which one should I drink?

I'm not pregnant now. I was just wondering what it was like for you and what you ate on an average day. Are you happy you did it? If you didn't have a veggie pregnancy, would you have if you were pregnant now?

Is that my body's way of going through "withdrawal" from not eating meat. I'll eat sandwiches and cooked veggies, and maybe some cake or chips ( one or the other, not both), but I'll still feel famished later in the day.

For those of you who are vegetarians, how did you feel when you went through the process? Experience anything different?

What kind of hot chocolate should I drink: regular milk chocolate (30% DV of calcium and 7g of sugar) or rich chocolate (2% DV of calcium and 12g of sugar). I know the milk choco is healthier, but rich choco sounds like it would taste better. But I don't know if it just says "rich" but it might taste basically the same, do you think?

It is a spiced white wine from Nurnberg Germany that is so tasty. I bought a bottle of it on the Air Force base by my house and I could not believe how smooth and sweet it is. I would suggest it to anybody who likes wines!

The TIN CAN I have has variable ridges, where todays aluminum cans are all consistant. The CAN I have is unopened, and rusted both insided and outside, because, there are three small holes in it and since it was found at the Gun Emplacement at the top of Diamond Head Crater, I have dated it to that period. Does anyone know of a (CAN Musium) anywhere in the states. Thanks
