I am thinking about opening up a small store in China and wanted to have LOTS of flavors of Hot Chocolate. Examples: Hot Chocolate with Peanut Butter Flavor, etc.
What I need are different flavors and recipes. Where Can I find?
Thanks!

Candy Bar Hot Chocolate recipe

2 egg yolks
2 ounces milk chocolate candy bar with
fine nuts (such as Toblerone)
1 cup milk

Beat the egg yolks in a small bowl; set aside.

Coarsely chop chocolate and place in a 2-cup microwave-safe glass measuring cup with a spout. Add the milk. Place the measuring cup, uncovered, in the microwave. Whisking once or twice, cook on MEDIUM-HIGH (70 percent power) until chocolate is melted and well blended, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove the cup from microwave and slowly pour chocolate into the reserved egg yolks, whisking constantly. Return mixture to the measuring cup and cook in microwave until heated through, about 1 minute. You may need to rotate the measuring cup if your microwave doesn’t have a carousel.

Pour into mugs and serve.

1 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
6 oz hot chocolate
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream

Warm your mug first, it makes the drink stay warmer longer. Put the schnapps into your mug, and fill it with hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream, and chocolate shavings are good too!

it ought to sound atypical, yet including a tiny pinch of chilli to the mixture incredibly works nicely...attempt it, that is unique and a very staggering flavour. you would be able to additionally upload zest from a lemon, lime or orange to offer it a somewhat zingy, fruity flavor. Dried cherries, chopped with walnuts lower back supplies a desirable flavour.
