anyone have any good idea's for an easy southern food for the first nascar race on sunday ? p.s super bowl was itialian beef sw. and chicken wings looking for something a little diff but asclose to finger food as possible and yes has to have meat / cheese

1 lb boneless sirloin steaks
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
oil (for frying)
Slice steak into strips.
Beat egg and milk.
Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
Add steak strips; toss to coat.
Chill for 2 hours or longer.
Fry in hot oil until light brown; 2-3 minutes.

Beef Brisket!
Very good & very easy! Just marinate 1 large brisket overnight in:
1 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
BBQ till medium rare or what ever you like, thinly slice against the grain of the meat & serve with some potate or mac salad! Bon Apitete!

How about BBQ'd pulled pork sandwiches, you can make them in a crock pot, very easy and tasty. Ribs are also easy to make and you can slice them up into finger sized foods.
