we always keep it in the fridge but my toddler got it out and it sat out overnight. I just wondered if it was still good or needed to be thrown away. It doesn't say on the bottle.

I've had an open bottle sitting in my cabinet for over 2 years and still use it on occasion. There doesn't appear to be anything in it that will turn bad if it is not refrigerated. Plus, if the manufacturer thought it needed refrigeration they would surely put it on the label.

Should be good if it was out overnight. I would keep it in the refrigerator after opening it, but not worry about one night out. If the bottle doesn't say, refregerate after opening then you probably don't even need to worry. Most bottled products are quite clear when then need to be refregeriated, just for health reasons, so the company is covered in any legal matters.

I always have some on hand for BBQ sauces that I make and I have never, ever, ever had it in the fridge. It's fine in or out, but I'd say save the fridge space.

No it will be fine left on the side, it is made much like wine or vinigar and will be fine. I used to live in worcestershire where it comes from and it has always been a favorite of mine and its always been out in the spice cupboard.

that popping sound isn't a good sign. botulism, for example makes its' containers swell or eplode like that. please don't use it. it should have been stored in the refrigerator once opened. please don't use it. just a lick of a finger dipped in food contaminated with botulism can kill you. you cannot see, smell or taste botulism. worcestershire sauce should not be used after a year after opening.

Overnight won't matter, but generally speaking, keep it in fridge.

If it sat out over night you might want to get rid of it. It isn't worth taking a chance on.
