Is sake like wine that it's OK to drink after it's been opened, just doesn't taste as good? And does the unfiltered part make it less drinkable...ie can it go bad?

I found a recipe that calls for "navel oranges". When it comes to flavor, what difference does it make if I use a different kind of orange? The recipe I'm talking about is for a sauce with Roasted Poblano Chile, sourcream, cilantro and onions (among other ingredients)

I don't want a link UNLESS you have tried it yourself. Do you have a excellent BBQ sauce recipe? Good BBQ is hard to find, and restaurants who serve great tasting ones (legendary quality) are few and far between. I need a recipe you have actually tried.

I Love a great BBQ with cole-slaw smothered across the top. Give me your best shot, baby. Daddy's taste buds is screaming!

My kids eat very healthy food and they prefer that most of the time. The problem is at school they are constantly upset because someone has insulted their dinner for being healthy or foreign. The other day I made them stuffed pittas with salad and olives and chilli sauce and they were ridiculed so much my son starved himself and my daughter cried. My son ate his lunch in the car on the way home. Why is eating differently such a huge problem in this day and age when you can practically buy what ever nations food you want in Tescos? I'm not going to give into their peers and give them crisps and crap but what should I give them that makes their pack up interesting yet healthy and not embarrassing?
