Here are some, from the highest percentage to lower:
peanuts, sunflower seeds
brewer’s yeast
turkey/chicken, meat, tuna, salmon, mackeral, liver
(whole grains) oats, "brown" rice, wholewheat, barley
...and in *fortified* breakfast cereals
beets
dried beans & peas
mik, eggs, cheese
(food processing often gets rid of B3/niacin... and because it's water-soluble, if it's cooked in water and the water is discarded it won't be retained in the food... too much light during storage can also break it down)
(*high* doses of niacin can help lower cholesterol)

Foods that are a good source of Niacin (Vitamin B3): Brewer's yeast, legumes (peas, beans, peanuts and lentils), nuts, organ meats (liver, heart and kidneys), poultry, seafood, veal, and whole grains products.
