I am looking for a recipe for jello parfait? I know it has jellow, coolwhip, and some other ingredients...?

JELLO COOLER PARFAITS

1 (4 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
3 med. size ripe peaches
1 tub cool whip
6 fresh peach slices or whole strawberries for garnish

Make Jello according to directions.
Chill until set.
Just before serving, peel, and slice peaches.
Fill bottom of 6 parfait glasses with some jello.
Spoon peaches over Jello.
Spoon cool whip over peaches
Repeat layers - top layer should be cool whip.
Garnish with fruit.

Flavors of Jello and fruit may be substituted - a sherbet layer can also be added for summertime...

If you're talking about the jello 1-2-3 parfait, you just make the jello like you normally would and mix in an 8 ounce containter of frozen cool whip. Put it into some glasses and stick it in the fridge, the layers will separate themselves.

The only thing about parfait is that you have to put in the jello to set one layer at a time. You can be fancy and prop the parfait glasses in your fridge at an angle And substitute one layer of cool whip with blueberries. Excellent!
