I eat at this Thai restaurant and order the most amazing Thai Red Curry Beef. It has sweet potato, basil, red capsicum and has a lovely sweet creamy flavour. The sauce is quite thick and orange coloured, i would swear they have pureed/processed sweet potato to make up that consitency. Anyone know if that is common to use a sweet potato in a thai red curry...and any recipes out there? I would prefer it if its a recipe you use yourself and have tested. I may be wrong about this sweet potato thing but i think i am right.

I know someone that has been drinking to excess for about 4 1/2 months. They have at least 4 beers daily, and sometimes more. Do you think they are an alcohlic or just someone on the road to being one? Does anyone have any advice for me to give them? They know the health risks. Thanks!

I want to fix a huge batch of it for a party. So it needs to be something that people in general would like, but also as I said, very STRONG!

Does anyone have an authentic and reliable recipe for General Tso's Chicken that they would be willing to share? I would like one that you yourself have actually used to prepare this dish...a tried & true recipe that you are really happy with. Thank you :-)

We just noticed that two Hardees in our area (Illinois) have added the name "Red Burrito" to their sign.

They apparently have a menu of Mexican food in addition to the usual Hardees hamburgers, etc.

This is not in an area where there is a huge Mexican population, so I wondered, have they tested this in other areas already? Please tell us what state you live in, and if it has a large Mexican population.

I'm not being antagonist -- I love Mexican food. Just wondered if they are testing the new concept here, or if it has already been tested elsewhere.

If you've been there, please give a review of what you like and dislike from their menu, if you'd like.
