I want to know about non-alcoholic drinks which give the same taste as alcoholic wine, beer, vodka, gin, ale, champagene and other drinks.. are there any drinks whic can recreate the sting in the back of your throat like alcohol.. but are non-alcoholic.. can such drinks be made? what ingredients are needed? thanks
Im trying to recreate the taste and features of alcohol without using alcohol..

Try tonic water, especially Schweppe's.
But you need to add something to it.
I always liked Schweppe's with cranberry juice or cran-raspberry.

But you could just add lemon juice to it, or lime juice---bitter!

For several years, this made a good substitute for booze (for me personally)

Try using Pineapple juice or Kiwi Fruit juice as both of these are used as meat tenderizers and can cause a burning sensation in the throat.

No, you may get a sting or hot feeling but it will not be like alcohol unless there is alcohol in it.

Coca cola is the only thing I have ever drunk that stings your throat, I am sure anything you add it to will have what your looking for
