If you're sick, take it easy on the food. Sip clear liquids (slightly flat 7up or mint tea w/a bit of ginger is good), if that stays down try plain saltines, then white toast w/only a tiny bit of butter. Soup only when you're not feeling like you might barf. Take care, rest, and really try to get fluids in when you can. If you still can't keep anything down after 24hrs, call the doc. Dehydration is nothing to fool around with!

Have some chicken noodle soup. I live off of the stuff when I am sick.

You might just be thirsty. The only reaction that your body knows when it is thirsty is to think hungry. Drink some juice or something.

Canned or homemade chicken noodle soup, jello, gatorade, popcicles, saltine crackers, apple juice, 7 Up, herbal tea, instant mashed potatoes, yogurt, scrambled eggs/toast...soft foods/clear liguids (you can see through them).
