Doughnuts can only ever be good.
Especially if you are lucky enough to know where there is a doughnut making kiosk that cooks them in front of you and lets them fall, warm into the tray of sugar.
Mmmmm doughnuts.....

Without thinking the answer is YES YES YES! But only if cooked in fresh, low GI oil. Only eat doughnuts with cinnamon and sugar coating all the rest have way to many calories.

Definitely bad for health, if you are eating it as part of your normal diet. It is high in fat as it is deep fried. The sugar content is not good for your teeth either. Sometimes you can detect a rancid smell. When the oil is too old, it went rancid and that means there are carcinogens. Try to avoid eating donuts too often. An occasional treat is probably okay but if you have a choice of something healthier, then you really shouldn't choose donuts.

In moderation, they're good. Other wise, they're bad. And the best ones come from a doughnut shop. Second best, are home made.

I'm a total sweet-tooth, but doughnuts are one of the few things that I couldn't be bothered to go out and buy. I'd eat one if offered though.
Neutral.

A long time ago..there were two TV chefs called Fanny and Johnny Craddock. One time when they made doughnuts, Johnny said.."Well I hope your doughnuts turn out like Fannys!"-this story is absolutely true- check up with ITV or STV!
