Also is it true that drinking plain water is bad; it has to have a little sugar or a little salt in it otherwise the plain water absorbes energy? Because I am 13 and I drink ALOT of just plain filtered water, because I dont drink soda. So its either white cranberry and peach juice or plain water usually just plain water so I'd like to no the benefits of that or the downsides.

I can be inconsistent when it comes to baking chicken sometimes. I hate it when I bake chicken wings and the skin remains somewhat soft and fatty-like, despite the fact that its baked thoroughly and seasoned/flavored well.

How do you firm or crisp the skin when baking chicken?
