How long can mooncakes keep for?
If there is no expiry date on the box? or if I gotten one cake from a set of 4 from a friend? How long can I keep it refridgerated for?

If you have a nice dry draw to keep them in your frig., it can last up to 3 months. Normally 1 month because any longer the cake does not tatse good any more. Reheat them in the microwave for 30 sec would help soften it a bit. Enjoy! Mine only last for about 1 week. Best with hot tea.

Maximum for 1 month for sweet mooncake without filling. If you have filling inside, it takes less than 1 month even if you refrigerated it.

WIth the yolk..I would not go past two weeks.
You can keep in the fridge, but you'll either have to nuke them, or wait until they're room temperature. They're not very good cold.
