I have had this zucchini for like 3 weeks, the first 1 I kept in on the counter but the i put it in the fridge. Today I finnally decided to use it to make bread, but I have absolutely no experience w/ zuchinni. It feels a little soft and I am trying to shred it and it is shredding into basically mush (no seperate strands or anything like that, just a soft glob) and is really watery. Also I don't know what the seeds are supposed to look like, but some of them look a little green. Like I said, I have never done this before so I don't know if I am just stupid or way too cautious. HELP PLEASE!!!

As a lot people would say, the more vibrant, colorful fruits and vegetables are more nutritious, but does this saying apply to grapes?

Does this mean that red/black grapes are more nutritious than white grapes? Why?

If you could, could you please post the links to references as well. Thanks.
