As a lot people would say, the more vibrant, colorful fruits and vegetables are more nutritious, but does this saying apply to grapes?

Does this mean that red/black grapes are more nutritious than white grapes? Why?

The dark coloring has many nutritional values in preventing heart disease and other things. Anthocyanins and whatever dark grape stuff is doing that. Thats why they argue that red wine is healthy. And red grape juice. I personna;llly think Guinness is even bettter. Warren Buffet did too, and he just had an extra $37 Billion to give away.

red grapes SKIN have the good things for your heart etc. that people are using as an excuse to drink red wine for their health nowdays.

They are all equal in nutrition. The seeds contain tannins which are good cancer fighting things and they are high in vitamin C and vitamin A.
