That's a tough problem. I would get a reverse osmosis unit for your drinking water, but unfortunately that won't help your odour problem with showers, etc.

If you refriderate the water in a wide mouth container, the sulfides will evaporate out. Overnight is usually long enough. It works faster if you start with hot water. Also a few drops of lemon jiuce or vinegar in a glass of water will help to clear the water. (The acid makes it hard for the sulfides to stay bonded in the water.)
