i went and ordered that endless pasta, and it came with a salad just wondering what kind of dressing it had

OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING

Source: Olive Garden Restaurants, Phoenix, Arizona - This is NOT a TSR clone.

1/2 C. white vinegar
1/3 C. water
1/3 C. vegetable oil
1/4 C. corn syrup
2 1/2 T. grated Romano cheese
2 T. dry pectin
2 T. egg, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Pinch of dried oregano
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients with medium speed of electric mixer or in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds. Chill at least 1 hour.

Serve over mixed greens or use as a marinade. Makes 8 servings

when i worked there, back many many moons ago, the dressing came in huge 1 gallon containers and we added eggs, parmesian and ramon cheeses oregano, basil and parsley, whipped it for about 20 minutes, rebottled it an stored it in the cooler til it was used. not sure how they do it these days, but i would imagine the same way, since it tastes the same as it did then.

It's a house italian dressing. It's really yummy. It's their own recipe.

but they will sell it to you and it is yummy and so worth it.
