Try allrecipes.com They have 1000's of great desert and snack recipes. Most are easy to follow and use. It could also print out an ingredients list and recalculate for larger or smaller sizes

www.swansdown.com they have wonderful recipes and a free cookbook you can download using adobe, which is wonderful because then you just print out the whole thing. It has other recipes besides cookies as well, but it's all sweet stuff:)
