Is it okay if i drink milk 3 times a day?

I rarely drink coffee. About 5 hours ago, I drank what I thought was 2 mugs of double-strength coffee. I felt great for a couple hours, but now I've come down, and I've got weird things going on, like my chest seems to tighten up, when I lay down, or stop moving. Right now it's fine because I'm typing. But, it's making me paranoid, like I'm going to have a heart attack. The paranoia is probably the caffeine's fault, too. I have a big glass of water I've been sipping. Is there anything else I can do to get back to normal? I want to go to bed, but it's freaky when I try to lie down, physically, and mentally.

In what order do you eat your food?

I apologize if this question has already been asked in this way, but we all know grocery stores sell many varieties of "bagged" produce. If this E.Coli thing happened to [bagged] spinach, how do we know if our bagged lettuce is okay? How do we know the iceberg lettuce is okay, or the cucumbers, or the other produce? What I'm reading is that E.Coli can't be "washed away" by thorough cleaning (that's disturbing), so how do we protect ourselves and our families from consuming tainted produce before it is too late? (See, I always knew it was healthier eating Twinkies!!! Kidding, kidding). Thanks, friends.

I am a guest at someones house, and I have some of my crown, and coke here. I however do not have ice.

Should I take the chance of waking the host of the home while getting ice for my drink, or should I drink crown and coke at room temperature?

Route 66 Fluffy Donuts is in Countryside, IL on Willowsprings Rd. and Joliet Rd. They did sell them, but I call recently and they stopped making the French Cream Donuts. These Donuts have french cream at the top of the donut and is filled inside with french cream.

I was planning to go on the South Beach diet starting this weekend, and now with the outbreak of e.coli in bagged spinach, I'm clueless as to what to do.

Eating fresh spinach salads is like half of the diet. Frozen spinach is only called for in a few of the dishes. I'm already limited in the amount of things I can eat on the S.B. diet, because I don't eat beef or pork.
