amanti coffee. it is a melbourne roaster and the whole process of roasting is unique. the arabicca is the best i have tried.
now you can do a lot with good coffee. let us start with something alchoholic. shot of STREGA and a shot of ESPRESSO straight in a martini glass. goes down beautifully with A STARTER OR WITH DESSERTS. more with dessserts.
other favourite would have to be affogato with a shot of peach schnapps. if you can source passionfruit/vanilla i/cream--wowwww heaven. i am in the bar trade working for the best. if you need any more recipes----post a reply thenashi@hotmail.com

Sorry 'bout this, but as far as I'm concerned you can't beat a drop of DECENT instant! Apart from all else, it saves a great deal of farting about making it, and whenever I've had any of those fancy coffees from a machine where you put a 'pouch' in to make the coffee of your choice, I still say they're not as good! - and as for the fuss over brewing your own bought beans, shove it!

I like very strong coffee, so if I'm making it in a cup, it's 1 and a half spoonfuls, for a mug then it would be 2 spoonfuls.

Instant - Nescafe Gold Blend (can't stand the originial Nescafe)

Ground - Lavazza Italian

My favourite coffees are Kenco Really Smooth, Kenco Cappio, Fairtrade 5665, Supermarket brands mellow & gold blends and Maxwell House. All with milk and a sweetener.

To 90210: tea is BORING!

My favorite is sold at a local supermarket chain here on the left coast of the USA. It is a chocolate raspberry flavored Colombian whole bean blend that is out of this world. Adding anything to this coffee would be absolute sacrilege. I grind it fresh for each pot and only use freshly filtered water.

I like most types of coffee- but I have to say buying the beans and grinding at home is the way to go! I am on a kick of Coffeemates vanilla caramel creamer right now- good stuff! Can't wait til morning!

Half a spoon of Nescafe Fine Blend and two sugars is about as strong as I can take. Only drink it rarely though as too much sugar! I drink tea without sugar so usually drink tea all the time.

I like most types of coffee but never have time for anything but instant in the morning,
Nescafe granules usually with sugar & milk.
