I rarely drink coffee. About 5 hours ago, I drank what I thought was 2 mugs of double-strength coffee. I felt great for a couple hours, but now I've come down, and I've got weird things going on, like my chest seems to tighten up, when I lay down, or stop moving. Right now it's fine because I'm typing. But, it's making me paranoid, like I'm going to have a heart attack. The paranoia is probably the caffeine's fault, too. I have a big glass of water I've been sipping. Is there anything else I can do to get back to normal? I want to go to bed, but it's freaky when I try to lie down, physically, and mentally.

To get back to normal, make a healthy Strawberry-Banana protein shake or smoothie. Drink some Strawberry-Banana protein shakes or smoothies everyday, and I guarantee, you will feel a great deal better; inside and out.

the caffeine effects can last for hours. You just have to wait it out.
