Is it okay if i drink milk 3 times a day?

it's definitely a good thing!!!! props cause i couldn't do that, osteoporosis affects both men and women so drinking a lot of milk is fine.

Milk is good for you, so drink up. If you're watching your weight or cholesterl, switch to a low fat or non fat variety. My father in law and ex husband drank upwards to a gallon a day, and the fil lived to be 87 years old. The ex has no cholesterol issues (or weight problems) so I would say, again, if you like milk that much, drink up-it's much better for you than carbonated soft drinks.

Like everything else , milk should be taken in moderation. Two cups is perhaps okay IF you are not allergic to the sugar in milk. Milk has long term benefits for the bones in the body; calcium is needed for muscle contraction and lends to our bone structure.

It depends on your body
Drinking milk is always good as long as you dont have dysentry
So first day drink one time one glass
and gradually keep increasing it..

i dont think there's a problem drinking milk 3x a day. it will make your body become strong coz it good for the bones
