I have a multitude of cookbooks at home and have been looking on-line all morning. I just haven't been able to find something that interests me dessert wise at the moment.

Do you have any no fail, fall off your chair good dessert suggestions?

It's for tomorrow night. I'm going to be cooking for my boyfriend.
Dessert is the only thing I have left to pick out.

For the main course, I'm going to make Rachael Ray's "You won't be single for long" Vodka Cream Pasta that was featured on Oprah yesterday, a ceasar salad and fresh home made bread.

We're going to be going be meeting friends at our local bar after diner so I'm thinking that maybe a lighter dessert would be in order.
