I went to the store to buy whole milk (The first time in 20 years or so). Why do they homogenize milk? What's wrong with the cream going to the top? Why do they have all the low fat, no fat milk? That must taste like $hit. God must be pissed.

My work is having a pot luck next Friday and I haven't got a clue as to what to bring. I don't want to bring anything sweet or just chips and dip. And it can't be hot; there's no way to keep it hot until lunch and no way to heat it afterwards. Any healty and tasty suggestions? I was thinking maybe of making Gespacho.

I am making chicken soup. The question I have is, do you use the water that you boil the chicken in? Or do you throw that water out and just use the canned chicken broth? Because the recipe says to use celery leaves when you are boiling the chicken. I am not sure about that water that you boil the chicken in.... Help!! Thank you.
