tons! here are 3 of our faves

grilled marinated tofu
1 block of extra firm tofu cut into slices
1 cup good seasons italian salad dressing
drain as much liquid from the tofu and soak in salad dressing for at least 45 minutes.
brush grill with olive or peanut oil
grill tofu over an open flame or charcoal untill golden ( it helps to use one of those fish grillers to keep it together when you flip it, but if you are careful with the spatula you will be fine. Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce tomato & nayonaise (or miracle whip)

Hummus
1 15 oz can of Garbanzo beans rinsed & Hulled
2-3 TBS raw tahini
1 tsp crushed garlic (or 1-2 cloves)
2 TBS Lemon Juice
2-3 TBS E.V. Olive Oil
Water
Salt to taste

Remove the hulls form the canned garbanzo beans and rinse well under cold tap water (this reduces the fibre content but makes for a smoother hummus) Combine Beans tahini, garlic & Lemon Juice in a food processor untill a ball forms. slowly add olive oil and water untill it smoothes out, scrape bottom & sides of food processor & blend for another 1-3 minutes untill smooth. Salt to taste, Blend another minute to incorperate the salt.

Garam Masala or Curry could be added for a spicy & more ethnic flair. Also roasted garlic is nice too, but double the ammount for roasted, because it is sweeter & less over-powering than raw garlic.

Macaroni & Peas

one lb ditalini
one large onion
2 cans baby peas
2 cans tomato sauce
salt
pepper
parmesian cheese
olive oil
pinch of sugar

prepare the pasta according to package directions

sautee onions in olive oil

in large kettle or saucepan pour peas (juice & all) tomato juice, pinch of sugar, and one can of water. Add the sauteed onions and cooked pasta, season with salt, pepper, & parmesian cheese

my kids love all of these easy delicious vegetarian recepies

Take wheat grain and place in into cold water over night with three time as much water (volume)as you have grains.(Of course everything must be clean.)
Next day cooke it on the light fire as long as the grain becomes soft and all the water is consumed.
Let it cool down.Mince it in meet machine.
Add 1/2 of the mass brown sugar, grind ed wall nuts and handful of dried wine grapes, some Cinnamon and muscat nut.
That food is also a good medicine against impotetion.(Impotentio sexuale)
Good sex

You know one that is so simple and really easy, just get some veggie crumbles in the frozen food section at your local market, pick up a taco or burrito box mix, get some cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and just replace the meat for the crumbles. Its easy, anyone can do it, and everyone likes it, well assuming you like Mexican food :) Good Luck!
