i think that you can eat junk food and stay thin....but your body is going to suffer from it in other ways. I say try finding things that are healthy for you and contain some nutrients or vitamins. Experiment and try new things and who knows you might like the healthy stuff more then the junk foods!

1st do spell check ok? Then stop eating junk if you don't want to be fat. Next fruit is fine even if you don't eat veggies. Add a little exercise

And some of us need to gain weight as much as some need to lose it. It's just as difficult for either. I love fruits & veggies, but that doesn't help me gain any weight. I do find that I still like twinkies & thank goodness, they'll survive a nuclear holocaust. Maybe that gives me an even chance to gain weight even as you try to loose it.

junk food contains empty calories meaning no purpose just makes you fat fruits are good but yyour needa healthier diet of your gonna have problems soon it is far easier to gain than to lose weight

if you eat a lot of junk food, you are NOT HEALTHY. a lot of people don't understand this. It doesn't matter if you're skinny as hell or huge, if you eat too much junk food, you are not healthy

Junk food is full of the worst kind of fat.....trans fat and saturated fat, they are bad for your heart and make your triglycerides sky rocket. Eat them only occcasionally and more fruit and veggies.

Fruit has a lot of sugar in it. It popcorn if you have to nibble on "junk food".
