I'm not talking about like lunchmeat, I mean like whole chickens and turkeys, I know their insides are taken out, but there's no blood in their skin. How come?

The cut the heads off and hang them upside down...all the blood drips out of them

They drain the blood after they remove organs. Then they rinse the whole thing to make sure there's no icky chicken juice on it.

That is why they are called "white meat". As was said earlier, they are birds, not mammals. They tend to have far less blood in their flesh to begin with.

Because they already butchered them and the blood spilled out.

well i rarely see them have blood in their skin but i do see it on the skin they also they clean it thorougly so it wont be an ugly site when you buy it

After butchering, they are drained very well due to salmonella concerns.

i have seen bloody chickens! but yeah i do se mor ebloddy steaks .....hmmmm.....I don't know.
