I have more than I know what to do with, and they are all coming ripe at once. Anyone have a great recipe or two to share? I'd especially love a recipe for jam, but it would have to be a freezer-jam recipe because I don't have canning equipment and can't borrow any. Thanks VERY much.

I love, marmite/tripe (uncooked with salt and vinegar) and smelly blue cheese! Also love currys and seafood. (my hubby hates all the above) What do you love that you have to eat on your own, as I am tonight. On my own so eating, sushi/curry and blue cheese!!!!(in that order)

Hey,I've never made boiled peanuts before but yesterday my boyfriends granfather asked if we wanted to go pick some peanuts from his garden,so we did,and my boyfriend asked me if today while he's at work I would boil some peanuts, and I said yes I'll make some, but now I'm not exactly sure how to do it. I only want to boil about 3 cups,so how much water, how much salt, can I add any types of peppers to make it a little spicy, and once it boils,do I cover the pot?
