I would get rid of the mustard and the curry
Don't add the tuna till the last few minutes of cooking and don't break it up to much serve it with some linguni and you have a cheaper version of linguni and clam sause.

Pasta with Tuna and Tomato Sauce. If u are making your very own sauce from scratch, upload the tuna and the oil or brine it is in on a similar time you upload the tomatoes. in case you purchase waiting made Tomato Sauce upload the tuna to the tomato sauce and allow it simmer for 5 minutes or so, including some water if mandatory. additionally Tuna on mixed Salad is a superb easy dish.
