A tablespoon is 15 milliliters, an ounce is 30 millileters.
so - 2 tablespoons.

I think 2 but get a 1 cup measuring & count the tablespoons until u fill it up & divide by 8

It depends , i.e 3 tablespoons of flour are 1oz and 2 tablespoons of sugar are 1oz.
