There are variants using coffee. Jamba juice and Starbucks might call it one thing, another place another thing. They are coffee flavored shakes. Jamocha is short for Jamaican coffee, often includes rum. Mocha is the name of a city in Yemen. in the middle east ,which has been in the coffee trade for centuries. Commercialized, it usually adds chocolate....
Jamocha (Jamaican coffee/ sometimes rum/ cream)
Mocha(coffee/chocolate/cream)
Very fattening, both of them!!!!!

I'd say they are the same:
Mocha Shake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee
1/2 cup milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Place water, cocoa, sugar and instant coffee in blender container. Cover; blend briefly on low speed. Add milk.
2. Cover; blend on high speed until thoroughly blended. Add ice cream. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. About three 6-ounce servings.
--------
Jamocha Shake
List of Ingredients
1 cup coffee, cold
1 cup low-fat milk
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Recipe
Combine the coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
Add ice cream, and chocolate syrup then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop blender and stir mixture with a spoon if necessary to help blend ingredients.
Pour drink into two 16-ounce glasses.
