Jam is the best for toast.

Here's what I do when I can't decide. If you're deciding between Jam, Marmalade, Peanut butter or plain butter, cut the toast into 4 strips. Then, put one of each thing on each strip. You will end up with one strip of Butter, one of marmalade, one of Peanut butter and one of Jam.

Hope that helps!

Want to try something different and good? Spread peanut butter, then put a little apple sauce on it. Another good idea, dunk plain peanut butter sandwiches in hot tea.

Try it, you'll like it!!

I think you should just hold off on eating that toast until we Yahoo answerers all have our opportunity to give you our advice. We are thinking about it right now and the consensus seems to be melting butter on the top but we are still taking votes.

Only one option: Cinnamon Toast. So sweet and delicious. Butter your toast and while still warm, sprinkle on sugar (white or brown or BOTH) and shake a little cinnamon on top. The whole thing melts....mmm....

First you had better put the toast back in the toaster to warm it through again. Then I think a nice thick layer of butter - you can't beat it.

Have you ever tried butter and cyane pepper. better than garlic, add sugar if you want it sweet. I like butter and a thin slice of sweet onion, a slice of tomatoe (from the garden) with salt. Salt is good with the pepper too.Too many possibilitys too little time
