Everyone has the right answer. Green. But you might want to go the extra mile. I like green olives stuffed with pimento (the red pepper thing). Some like plain green. Buy both and let your friend decide.

You should go for the green ones no pimentos. Try a couple of brands the one you like the most should be the one you use. There are a lot of ways to prepare olives, some are stuffed with different things such as dates, Gorgonzola cheese, blue cheese and jalapeno you should try them all out. Expand your world try new things, Don't be afraid to say I tried that!
