Without the pimentos, I never really like them any way. And a good vodka martini dirty always tastes best when there are no pimentos.

You can remove the pimento and stuff them with blue cheese. So good.

either, or......make sure they are pitted...and you can get some really nice stuffed ones...either with garlic...lil onions...anchovies(eww)...and other stuff....PERSONALLY...i like the Dirty Olive Vodka...lil more expensive...but good!!!
