I have more than I know what to do with, and they are all coming ripe at once. Anyone have a great recipe or two to share? I'd especially love a recipe for jam, but it would have to be a freezer-jam recipe because I don't have canning equipment and can't borrow any. Thanks VERY much.

Try making a Crisp or Cobbler, plums cook down alot and this may seem strange you can make them in aluminum pans and freeze the extras,

If you fancy preserving them in alcohol, find a large or serveral medium jars, pack the plums in and cover with your favourite liqour, vodka, rum is nice or brandy.

Let them steep for a few months and at Christmas get some fancy jars repack and give them as gifts, they can be used in fruitcakes or plum pudding

Make them into Plum Jam and store in jars, or freeze them whole on a tray in the freezer until you have decided what to do with them.

The best thing to do is to buy a box of Jello Brand Sure-Jell and go by the instructions in the box to make perfect jelly or jam....This is what I use in making all my jellies and jams
