I don't really like/eat meat. I eat a little chicken....maybe tuna...but thats it..no ham or turkey or beef or any of that. I'm pretty hungry but I don't want to go out too much...and I don't really want to heat the house up too much. Give it your best shot!

I am making a shepards pie recipe that I saw on Paula Deans Down Home cooking today... The pie has biscuits on top. She didnt add chese to them but said that you could to make it cheesy. Now I want to do that but do you think Ragu cheese from the Jar or shredded cheese would work best??

i've found some sites that sell turkish coffee, but i'm not sure if this tastes the same as arabic coffee. i've only ever tried what i know as "arabic coffee" but some people claim it's the same thing. also are there any sites out there that give instructions on how to prepare the coffee?

My BF and I have arguing on this practicaly since we started going out! He says its kind of like salad dressing, you can keep it practically forever. I say you can keep it just a little longer than your mother's spaghetti sauce (e.g.; no longer than a week and a half). Were eating this old stuff for supper so... help!!!

I have this great recipe for a tart and I don't have a tart pan. Is a tart pan about as deep as a pie pan? Will all of the ingredients fit into a pie pan the same as they would a tart pan? Will I ruin my recipe by trying a pie pan instead?

We are having a party and are getting rootbeer in a keg. We have never dealt with kegs before and I need help.

1. How much is a keg? I know there are 1/2 kegs and 1/4 kegs but how many ounces do they hold?

2. What's the deal with the tap? I know we have to give a deposit for the tap but what is it for? How does it work? What do we do with it?

3. Is it pre- carbonated? Or is that what the tap does????

4. How do we keep the root beer cold? I'm assuming it doesn't come insulated, is there a way to keep it cold in this hot, hot, weather?

5. Is there anything else I need to know? Do I have a certain time to return to tap and keg back by (like rentals)?

Any help would be appreciated!
