I cut a plastic mineral water bottle so that the top end forms a funnel. It put the funnel on top of the bottom half which has some water in it and put my fresh herbs root end into the funnel. It allows just the roots to touch the water and keeps the herbs fresh for 2 weeks. Cover the top with a plastic bag loosely and place in door of fridge so it doesn't tip over.

Bacon and swiss cheese, for one.
Also, veggies with cheddar cheese.

I am going to be fixing a few quiches and wanted some new ideas for fillings. I don't need a whole recipe, unless it's something really bizarre as most quiches are the basic egg mixture.

Thanks!
